We apologise in advance if one of our dishes or desserts should not be available. This can happen because we cook with fresh seasonal produce and depend on our suppliers. Thank you for your comprehension.

Our menu changes regularly in keeping with the produce we find at the market.
Trout from the trout farm of the Genzac-la-Pallue mill
Our honey comes from Ets Lerouge, a local beekeeper in Cravan
The oysters come straight from the Martin Dolus family’s oyster farm in Oléron
The locally sourced meats come from our butcher Frantz Guerin in Rioux
Our vegetables come from our all-organic market gardener, Damien Dieu from St Porchaire
The asparagus we serve comes from the Tesson producers, Véronique and Régis.
The goat’s cheeses comes from the Fromage des Touches farm, run by Aurore and Robin in Colomiers.
Our fish comes from Seb’s fish shop in Saujon or the Roy fish stand at the Thénac market
